Public Disturbance was an early '80s American hc-punk band founded by Paul Cowen from Point Pleasant, New Jersey in 1981. This LP contains the tracks from the band's classic 1981 7-inch 'S+M' and adds the recording of a 1984 gig at NYC's legendary CBGB's.
