Ireland's psychedelic docs, Dr. Strangely Strange, are back after 28 years with 'Anti-Inflammatory' _ a cure for a mad world, no prescription needed. The original crew, still electric, join `newbie' Joe Thoma (fiddle-mandolin vet since '80) in a Clonakilty studio under Brian Casey's watch. Tim Goulding's 'Like Water Like Wind' mourns like a soft breeze, Ivan Pawle's 'Drive `Em Down' ropes a cattle-romance, and Tim Booth's 'Baby Bunting' rides a Bo Diddley pulse to the beyond. Since 1997's 'Alternative Medicine,' fans waited _ this is their strange, soulful remedy.
