Last few copies! Alessandro Bosetti's Plane/Talea project is a voice archive built over years of anonymous recordings from individual sessions. Treated as an instrument, the archive is performed and reactivated through immersive exploration, producing intricate polyphonies of ultra-short vocal fragments. These fragments_never electronically altered_form dense textures rich in microtonal nuance, counterpointed by sparse instrumentation (Harpsichord, Ondes Martenot, Cristal Baschet, piano, synths). Referencing diverse vocal traditions, Plane/Talea 31-34 continues the 2016 LP, with four expansive tracks composed between 2017-2018, shaped by sessions in rural Piacenza and Venice's Biennale. Released in a limited edition of 300 black vinyl copies.
